Terms and Conditions for Aust-One Education Services AUD$1000 Lucky Draw:
- The lucky draw is opened for all international students who apply and accept study courses via Aust-One Education Services for the period of 1st April 2011 – 30th June 2011.
- For the avoidance of doubt, each eligible customer shall be entitled to one lucky draw entitlements.
- Closing date to enter for the lucky draw is 10th July 2011. Any entries received after this date will not be accepted.
- One winner will be randomly selected on the 18th July 2011.
- Winner will be announced and notified via E-mail, telephone and on www.aust-one.com on the 18th July 2011.
- If prize money remains unclaimed within 14 working days from the date of notification, the prize shall be forfeited and donated to charity.
- Prize money is exclusive of all taxes, levies, fees, and all other charges.
- Aust-One Education Services reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria and allocation of lucky draw entitlements from time to time at our absolute discretion.
- Aust-One Education Services reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to suspend, terminate or vary the lucky draw prize with or without notice to customers. The mode of notification of suspension, termination or variation shall be at Aust-One Education Services’ sole discretion, including but not limited to announcement on Aust-One Education Services homepage (www. Aust-one.com).
- Aust-One Education Services' decision on all matters relating to the draw shall be final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
